Western Technical College

Several Western Technical College student athletes received an All-Minnesota College Athletic Conference (MCAC) Southern Division Academic award for the 2014-15 season.

Students in the Automotive Technician and Wood Tech programs at Western Technical College recently excelled at the Wisconsin SkillsUSA Leadership and Skills Conference in Madison.

The following local residents were named to the Western Technical College President's List of High Distinction for spring semester 2015.

Western Technical College honored four graduates from the Practical Nursing program and 40 graduates from the Nursing-Associate Degree programs during the traditional Pinning Ceremony. The following local students graduated from Western in 2014:

Western Technical College is pleased to announce the names of the 2013-2014 graduates. Of the 1,136 graduates, Of the graduates, 527 will receive associate's degrees and 242 will receive technical diplomas. There will be 367 (321 graduating from the Certified Nursing Assistant program, and 46 will receive other certificates.)
