Western to offer EMT class in Buffalo City

Buffalo City, WI (11/28/2018) — Western Technical College will be offering an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) course for interested individuals from Jan. 9-April 17 at the Buffalo City Community Center, 19 W. 18th St.

The 180-hour class will meet mostly Mondays and Wednesdays, from 5:00-10:00 p.m., in addition to three Saturdays, from 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. The National Registry of Emergency Medical Technician (NREMT) exam for the class is Saturday, April 20.

Interested individuals must complete a full application to the college, as well as provide official transcripts, placement testing scores, criminal/caregiver background checks, and immunization records. For details, visit www.westerntc.edu/emt-basic.
