Members of Western's baseball team earn regular season honors
La Crosse, WI (05/20/2019) — Members of Western's baseball team earned regular season honors from the Minnesota College Athletic Conference (MCAC) this week.
Second-year outfielder/pitcher Kevin Brandt, of Janesville, was named a first team selection by the MCAC South Division. Brandt hit .369 this year with three home runs. He also stole seven bases in 22 games. Jakob Masterson, of La Crescent, MN, was also an honorable mention.
The Cavaliers finished the regular season 3-13 in conference and 6-25 overall.
