Marcus Ellis Graduates from Western Technical College

Marcus Ellis, of Cedarburg, graduated from Western Technical College in the Mechanical Design Technology program. Ellis is one of the 1,456 graduates to receive an associate's degree, technical diploma, or certificate in 2013.
